North Central States Regional Training Center, is now located in St. Paul and Duluth, Minnesota. It serves many of the carpenters, piledrivers, millwrights and lathers of the Locals 87, 361, 464, 548, 606, 851, 930, 1176, 1348, 1382, 1644, 1847 and 9190L. The Training Center also has courses available for contractors in other areas within the Council's jurisdiction.
